These Terms of Use govern your use of Bebble, including the Bebble mobile application and related services.

By creating an account or using Bebble, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

About Bebble

Bebble is a parenting companion designed to help families organize everyday baby care.

Depending on the features available to you, Bebble may help you:

• Track feeding, pumping, sleep, diapers, growth, medications, activities, and other baby-care events
• Create reminders and planner items
• Review history and trends
• Explore age-relevant Activities, Quick Learn, and Development content
• Save Memories
• Import and export supported data
• Generate summaries or Bebble insights from information you choose to log

Not medical advice

Bebble is designed to help you organize information. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.

Information shown in Bebble, including development content, trends, reminders, summaries, and Bebble insights, should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have concerns about your child’s health or development, contact an appropriate healthcare professional.

Reminders are a convenience

Bebble may allow you to create reminders for feeding, pumping, medications, planner items, or other activities.

Reminders are provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole method for remembering important care tasks.

Notification delivery can be affected by device settings, permissions, network conditions, operating-system behavior, the reminder and notification hours you set, or other technical factors.

You are responsible for deciding appropriate feeding, pumping, medication, and care schedules.

Development information

Bebble may provide age-relevant Activities, Quick Learn content, and Development check-ins.

Children develop at different rates. Age ranges and developmental information in Bebble are general educational guidance and are not a diagnosis, formal developmental assessment, or guarantee of when a child should reach a particular milestone.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Bebble account and for activity performed through your account.

Please provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

Shared baby profiles

Bebble may allow multiple users to access the same baby profile.

In the current version of Bebble, users added to a shared baby profile may have the same level of access to that profile, including its records and other information.

Only add people you trust.

Your content

You may add information to Bebble including logs, notes, Memories, photos, baby profile information, planner items, and other content.

You retain ownership of the content you provide.

You give Bebble permission to store, process, display, and otherwise use that content as necessary to provide the features you request and operate the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload or share content you add to Bebble.

Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that violates another person’s rights.

Imported data

Bebble may allow you to import records from supported third-party applications.

You are responsible for choosing the correct export file and reviewing the information presented before confirming an import.

Third-party export formats may change, and Bebble cannot guarantee that every record from another service can be imported perfectly.

Exported data

Bebble may allow you to export a copy of supported information.

Once an exported file leaves Bebble, you are responsible for how that file is stored, shared, or protected.

Bebble insights

Bebble may use automated systems to organize or summarize information you provide.

Bebble insights may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as informational assistance rather than authoritative advice.

You remain responsible for decisions made based on information presented by Bebble.

Using Bebble responsibly

When using Bebble, you must not:

• Attempt to interfere with or damage Bebble
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Use Bebble for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except where permitted by law
• Use Bebble in a way that infringes another person’s rights

Third-party services

Bebble may rely on or link to third-party services, such as authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, notification services, app stores, or other services.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Bebble is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Changes to Bebble

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove Bebble features as the service evolves.

We work to keep Bebble available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

Features and pricing

Bebble may offer free features and may introduce optional paid products, services, or features in the future.

If a feature requires payment, the price and applicable terms will be shown before you purchase it.

Advertising

Bebble may display advertising or sponsored content.

Advertising does not change ownership of your personal content. Information about how advertising-related data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Account termination

You may stop using Bebble at any time and may have options to delete your account through the app.

We may restrict or terminate access to Bebble if an account seriously violates these Terms, threatens the security of the service, or is used unlawfully.

Service disclaimer

Bebble is provided on an “as available” basis.

While we work to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee that Bebble will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every piece of information will always be accurate or complete.

To the extent permitted by law, Bebble and its operators disclaim warranties that are not expressly provided in these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bebble and its operators will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Any additional limitations required by applicable law or the final company structure should be reflected in the published version of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws specified in the final published Terms, subject to any rights you may have under applicable local law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Bebble changes.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through Bebble or another appropriate method.

The effective date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
